• Name, email address, and password (encrypted)
• Gender (male / female) for task personalization
• Preferred language (Arabic or English)

b) Usage Data

• Completed daily tasks and their ratings
• Learning track and capsule history
• Emotional diagnostic results
• Emotional bridge messages (encrypted and protected)

c) Technical Data

• FCM token for push notifications (optional)
• Device type, OS version, app version
• Technical error logs (no personal content)

3. How We Use Your Data

• Running the app and providing core services (daily tasks, ratings, learning)
• Personalizing content based on your preferences and results
• Sending daily reminder notifications (can be disabled in settings)
• Improving app quality through aggregated, anonymized analytics
• Responding to support requests

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We use the following services to operate the app:

Firebase (Google)

Authentication, database, push notifications. Trusted

Google Gemini AI AI

Analyzing and classifying daily tasks, processing feedback, and personalizing recommendations. Inputs are anonymized before transmission where possible.

OpenAI (GPT-4o) AI

Generating Emotional Gym scenarios, powering the Reframe feature, and AI coach responses.

Google Play Billing / Apple App Store

Payment processing. We do not store your credit card details. Secure

All these providers have their own privacy policies and comply with international data protection laws.

4a. AI Usage — Detailed Disclosure

What data is sent to AI services?

• User responses to daily tasks and their ratings
• Message text in the Emotional Bridge and Reframe features (only when used)
• General relationship context: preferred love language, emotional diagnostic results — in aggregate form
• Never sent: full name, email address, or identity information

Purpose of each service

• Gemini: Task impact analysis · priority classification · future recommendation tuning
• GPT-4o: Emotional Gym conversation generation · Reframe assistance · AI coach responses

Data retention by AI providers

Per the policies of Google Gemini API and OpenAI API, commercial (Business/Enterprise) API requests are not used by default to train models. We use commercial API tiers that provide a higher level of data protection.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• We retain your data as long as your account is active
• Upon account deletion: account data and usage history are deleted within 30 days
• Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for service improvement purposes

6. Data Security

• Passwords are bcrypt-encrypted — we cannot see them
• All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Database is protected by a firewall with restricted permissions
• Data access is limited to essential team members only

7. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update your data from within the app
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data
• Objection: Disable notifications or personalized analysis

8. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for married adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If we become aware of such data, the account will be deleted immediately.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy as needed. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
