يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك الشخصية من تطبيق شفرة الحب
ما الذي يتم حذفه؟
- بيانات الحساب (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، كلمة المرور)
- سجل المهام اليومية والتقييمات
- نتائج التشخيص العاطفي
- مسارات التعلم المكتملة
- رسائل الجسر العاطفي
- بيانات الاشتراك (تُلغى تلقائياً)
⏱️ سيتم تنفيذ الحذف خلال 30 يوم من تأكيد طلبك. ستصلك رسالة بريد إلكتروني عند الانتهاء.
الطريقة الأسرع: من داخل التطبيق
يمكنك حذف حسابك مباشرةً:
- افتح التطبيق → الملف الشخصي
- اضغط على الإعدادات
- اختر حذف الحساب
- أكّد الحذف
الحذف من التطبيق فوري ولا يحتاج انتظار 30 يوم.

Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your account and all personal data from Love Code
What Gets Deleted?
- Account data (name, email, password)
- Daily task history and ratings
- Emotional diagnostic results
- Completed learning tracks
- Emotional bridge messages
- Subscription data (automatically cancelled)
⏱️ Deletion will be completed within 30 days of confirming your request. You will receive an email confirmation when done.
Fastest Way: From Within the App
You can delete your account directly:
- Open the app → Profile
- Tap Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
In-app deletion is immediate and does not require a 30-day wait.
